"I wonder how the voters will react at the '06 mid-terms?" It is hard to say. There is a great deal of discontent right now. I just spent over $30 to put a bit over 12 gallons of gas in the Escort, gas was up over 25 cents a gallon since the last time I filled it up. I remember the last time prices were changing like that. No doubt, it will be worse in '06. With the Army planning on having 100,000+ men and women in Iraq for at least the next 4 years, that won't win any friends. If there really was a viable third party that campaigned on no special interests and doing right for Americans, the Dems and the Repubs would get slaughtered.
