I'm pretty sure I can beat the price on that Tucumcari house. In my own looking, I've seen lower in MS, Louisiana, Alabama, Missouri and Arkansas. Some of them even had architectural appeal, but of course, I couldn't see the crack house next door on Realtor.com.
