Wave currently contracts with OKI to supply chips. In the short term we will supply the chips to third parties. In the long term it is still a topic of conversation du to certain tax and accounting reasons there are many reasons why we may want to be in the middle of the transaction on chips although the transaction may just be a pass through.

Wave will also benefit from customer accounts being prepaid so there is significant cash generated as customers sign up. The AMEX travellers checks model
