BT, You are asking the wrong guy. That is TA stuff and I'm a fundamentalist. But, I do think that Ligand is ready to extend its current move up, perhaps to the 19 area, based upon good clinical results and the fact that it was one of the biotech babies thrown out with the bath water, and it didn't deserve being dumped. The stock is still speculative and they are VERY touty, which I hate, but the science seems to be going well right now. I own a full position and I am not yet selling any. MB
