A 32 year old today has experienced nothing but easy credit and good economic times as an adult and I really can't blame folks like him for feeling invincible today given their life experiences to date. I started in real estate about his age during the RTC days with a completely different perspective and went about it in a very different fashion. Obviously every matrix of valuing RE the old school way has been thrown out and the players still in the game don't care. Where have we heard that one before? You know what they say easy come easy go during boom times and this one might be the biggest one yet.
