The housing market had a hiccup in late May, and then a major dump started in late June, when 1 Libor and 1 CMT finally blew out. Psychology lags reality at least initially, but we are past euphoria and well into anxiety. I don't think denial is far away, I expect this to unravel fast. Ild has this point of maximum financial risk chart somewhere?
