I was thinking the same thing. A very good chance it is the most frothy, overbuilt, overvalued market segments controlled by speculators that tips this ponzi scheme over first and I bet much of that inventory hasn't really hit the market yet. I think the older ranch homes even in most overvalued SoCal will burst a year or two later. In my Florida market the existing single family in my built out area is very tight but the overbuilt condo market seems on the verge of collapsing..
