I thought that teenage pregnancy rates had been reported as dropping over the last few years... Yes, it has. But this school is an outrageous example of the fact that it is still going on. A single teenage female pushing a carriage is on the poverty track. There were excellent reasons for the old fashion approach of trying to keep the girl's legs together by making it shameful to have a bastard.
