I wouldn't worry about the US passing laws against gambling online. There are also laws on the books against stealing (grin) What you have to worry about is them passing laws that require enforcement, i.e., fining the backbone suppliers for allowing their web-sites to get through to users located in the USA. (for the record, I am not an investor in FDCD, but have holdings in cryptologic).
