I've already commented on the civil war issue to her.

I think if one side wants to dominate the country, and there is an alliance between much of the Sunni population and the international islamist terrorist alliance to dominate Iraq, then there will have to be a civil war.

I also don't think a civil war following liberation is a morally valid reason for arguing that a country should be kept subject to a brutal dictatorship forever.
