This will not change anything. Only a validation that DVD will happen.>> Yes but what it does is piss off the consumer and makes them reluctant to shell out any $$ for either technology. Which in turn, hurts CUBE's short term earnings. Also, it allows CUBE competitors to ramp up their technology by the time everything happens. The timing was right for CUBE NOW. It might not be later on.
