IMHO: Got a friend who is still trying to rent his bungalow in Minneapolis and its been months with no leads! FYI, there was a condo crash in Minneapolis in the 1980's but people around here dislike talking about anything negative. Personally, I would rather be prepared than be shocked and then lose my shirt. Just my two cents....
