Marie, Can you help me? RFMD claims that: 1.RFMD (TRW production site) is on of only 2 HBT GaAs device manufacturers. Who is the other manufacturer? 2. HBT GaAs devices offer many performance advantages over MESFET devices. Would it be possible for you to substantiate these claims? Are HBT devices really superior? If so, why don't the other "big 3" produce HBT? Are there intellectual property barriers to entry? Looking forward to hearing from you. THC
