Mr. Bean, I was thinking a similar thought today. Recently there was some institutional buying and analyst upgrades. Now this. Any chance this unexpected news is a last shake-out, and a chance for the big guys to get in? Or is Cowpland really just a Terry Matthews wannabe and this dog will soon be joining Gandalf in the pound?
