Nice one, but I'm sorry, are you saying we should not judge the president? Powell was there in the beginning to tell the president we need more troops. The president chose to go with the advice from someone, Rumsfeld, who had no war experience. So the president went with the advice he wanted to hear, and not with what someone, Powell, who knew what he was talking about. It's true, though, what you say, history is fraught with leaders that are incapable of making good decisions because they listen to their cronies and not with honest folk that tell like it is.
