I was confused most of the day. I knew a couple people buying some very respectable blocks and the stock didn't move a hair. How can this be? If Smith Barney attempted to "drive the stock down," how can they do it and why would they? Do they have favored buyers wanting in at a given price? Is this legal?

I just don't get it.
