Market manipulation or simply coincidence? You make the call.

here is the Rocker filing of ownership of puts on ovti....these puts were bought during q2, since there is no ovti ownership shown in the q1 report:

6/21/05 The street comments on eyes on ovti (wonder if cramer reads his own site since he said he was not familiar with ovti on his show and then gave it a sell rating later... did he know rocker had bought puts?)

6/22/05 Herb Greenberg reports on Jeffries analysts slicing ratings on stock to underperform hold (Overstock.com mentioned in same article in same parapgraph with ovti)

6/23/05 ovti announces earnings

6/24/05 the street reports on earnings less than prior yer and year forecast under analysts estimates

i wonder at what point rocker bought his ovti puts....

the rocker puts are a very large position and appear to possibly be sept 15's.

it will be interesting if rocker went long in 3q or what he does going forward....otherwise his investment timing in q2 is short term and seems amazing....

at any rate....the 1.6 million shares of a naked put purchased represents rocker either selling the puts or buying shares to deliver. either way it is bullish...

anybody want to point this out to the sec....seems amazing set of events..
