I think you mean working AMD silicon, so if we extend your logic and notice that no working anything has been shown by AMD on 65nm, what would you conclude?

Working silicon != volume product. Years ago Intel demonstrated working 4GHz Northwood silicon then claimed the architecture would definitely scale up to 4GHz, and yet Intel still has no commercial 4GHz parts after all this time even after the core was redesigned. So your fixation on working silicon does not definitively prove anything.
