"well I only say that because imho we never recovered from the last recession so to get another one is just amazing to me" Why does just about every real estate bubblehead think these are the best of times? Someone is paying 10 times more for land than four years ago in Florida. Everyone says we are in a boom that will go on for a long time. Even all the talking head guests on CNBC and FOX in their suits and ivory tower perch believe in the strength and long term growth of this economy. Can they all be wrong?
