Earlie, <<which may be the emerging trend in the housing market.(g)>> My oldest daughter & son-in-law here in Colorado just bought a house at a lower elevation (present house, just sold was at 9,000' with the last big snow the 1st week in June...she was getting cabin fever with her 3 boys [oldest being 5]). The house they bought has been on the market since June 3. Seller dropped price (with a little haggling) from $510K to $440K.
