<<Off Topic>> Just for info, the largest company in RHI's area is Manpower (MAN) which has a market cap of about $3.6 billion. MAN is probably more broadly based than RHI, which tends to have a specialization in accounting and finance temporary personnel. MAN has two large geographical markets: USA and France (where they are by far the largest supplier of temporary personnel).

An interesting area to play in. On the one hand, demand for temporary personnel has never been higher. In France it's about the only solution for companies wishing to avoid the huge costs of permanent employees. On the other hand, supply is obviously limited and the rates for highly skilled tech people have been skyrocketing. If the agencies can pass costs on to the customers, then they win big. If they can't due to long term contract agreements etc., then they have big problems (this happened to one of the big temp companies recently, Olsten).
