For heaven's sake, Jeff, you are an ENTP. You are perfectly capable of flouting and flaunting and flagellating the rules of the English language as you do everythng else. Create some informal pronouns of your own if there are none, which there aren't. Although we do have the New York youse which is far more informal than I would ever care to get, but might serve your needs for the plural.
For addressing the single second person informally, hmmm--I shall defer to our resident linguist, Herr Doktor Vhite.
