ERCUMENT UCAN, the RAIN retail guru, filed a 144 today to sell 40,000 shares @ $1,000,000. Interesting enough that comes to $25/share. I guess this will be a regular occurance til the RAIN Option Plan meeting. Anybody get their proxy and head of line passes yet? A MF RAIN poster got his proxy sans passes yesterday. I'd rather get the passes sans the proxy myself.
