Osama is the son of a close Bush ally, a Saudi GW Bush type more or less, who was also a CIA asset trained in Texas during the Afghanistan war. Bin Laudens and Bushes are in bed together which kmay explain why Bush doesn't want to catch him.

Either that or Bush is the most inept commander in chief in history.

Or both.
