Safe to say Bush-Cheney are master criminals for the oil industry. If you start with that assumption, then everything they've ever done is explainable, including using the Christian rightwing as their foot soldiers. It's a very unholy and dangerous alliance which is bankrupting this country. The war in Iraq was for profit primarily. It had very little to do with fighting terrorism.
