Last time I was there was in 2000. What is happening there that is worse than other coral reefs?

BTW, those hugh clams (1 meter across?) are unlike anything I've seen off Jamaica. On the otherhand, I like swimming from shore out to the reef like one can do in Jamaica, unlike the barrier reef.
