doesn't strike me as the right tone to set. More likely to generate opposition than cooperation. The only thing most UN members want to change is their amount of time and status on the Security Council while they live the good life in NYC. A lot of the reps he is dealing with are relatives of their "President for Life" who is running the country they represent. I agree with Krauthammer that the UN is not salvageable, but I hope Bolton can cure some of the worst excesses while he is there. He will need to publicly shame many of them to accomplish anything.
