Lizzie, You're discussing national employment, but you mentioned that we never got out of a recession here in SV. While many people have left, quite a few have either returned or arrived. 101 and surface streets are no longer the pleasure they were to drive back in 2002. That was heaven. It's not as bad as 2000, but "I can't drive 65," and it's not because I'm doing 75. I'm also curious about all these rentals you're seeing. I'm actually interested in moving to San Mateo or thereabouts. Can you point me to where you see all this rental inventory and concessions? L2S
