Hear, Hear (sorry Leo, couldn't resist)!! SPCT is clearly rearing up for a breakout and I would like to see it break the only resistance left at around 51 - 52. Nice performance on a down NASDAQ day (although the carnage seems to have been strongly in the networking sector).
