Can anyone tell me how serious is the lawsuit Datapoint brought against Vtel's Compression Labs? Is this another reason why the merger was a bad deal? Datapoint also sued PTEL, who is going to defend itself vigorously. Meanwhile, VTEL has failed to make a comment on the merits or lack of such. Perhaps, they are still scratching themselves. Their court date is sometime in November.
