while the deal in size is not huge...the deal holds alot of relevance for me in terms of the long term potential 1) confirmed the low cost transition to enhanced service delivery...by a customer (not by Messr. Smith) 2) competitive advantage... GEMS is the dominant provider domestically...so upgrade when it comes will go to GEMS 3) as i recall, GEMS mentioned in annual that due to technical reasons expansion requires using similar transmitters for high quality service delivery...another advantage when paging operators expand 4) 2 way paging is gradually taking hold...competitors will have to match because there is a race to go national network...compelling even regional providers to match service cheers
