These are trade journals that can be had for free if you qualify. Often just listing yourself as an investor and using a company name is "qualification" enough for some of the journals as they derive their income from advertising. The more subscribers they have the more they can charge for the ads. I receive about 30 different journals and publications from the electronics and scientific worlds each month, but I'm actually in the business.

Most larger university libraries would have these two publications, especially if they had a physics department. They tend to be pretty thick thus very heavy thus making mailing impractical, and I usually keep the past issues for the entire company's reference uses. If you would like you could e-mail me your address and I'll gladly send you some subscription qualification cards. They aren't too bad on these two, some of the electronics ones are mind-boggling.
