Several of you intelligent people have been coming to my thread. I am the "egomaniacle moron" that has provided so much entertainment to you people. So you have given it over to yourselves to correct me and to avenge the imaginary wrongs I have committed. My response ! In Poe's " The Cask of Amontillado " Montresor got Fortunato to go with him to his vault, by using Luchresi's name. The sweet sherry was so appealing and at one point he even knocks off the bottle top to make sure Fortunato had enough sherry to make him oblivious to his plans until he would spring them on him at the last second. Lured to the tunnel he is entrapped and walled in an underground chamber to die a death that is alone, sober after the effects of the sherry wore off, and slow to come from dehydration and starvation, or more yet insanity convulsions and the such. At the beginning of the story Montresor is discussing his revenge and says "A wrong is unredressed when retribution overtakes its redresser. It is equally unredressed when the avenger fails to make himself felt as such to him who has done the wrong." This is a story about revenge. I'll let you highly educated intelligent people figure it out on your own. I don't want to spoil all your fun. PS You don't have to ban me ...I won't be back.!
