Oh, yes it will. Money will help a LOT. The Street wants to see financial stability. If the Banks and Bond Holders go along with new financing plans that alone will calm the Street and give it confidence that SGI will survive...and thrive...even if you don't think so. The rumor, the feeling, this is happening is what's driving this stock right now...just as the rumor on CNBC that it will not happen drove it down. Psychology is a powerful force. IMO.
