There are 161 SI members who have Feelies bookmarked right now. There are 13 banned posters. I assume that only some of them still are on the bookmarked list, but even if they all are, that still leaves 147 posters who could possibly respond to my call to the right wingers for their vote on whether your opinion that our commitment in Iraq is over and we are victorious and should just leave right now (or something close to that is what I think you asserted)is correct.

I have the normal number of fingers, and even counting the liberals who very seldom post here but are some sort of presence in the background, I can count them on the fingers of both hands, with some fingers left over, actually. So I would have to conclude that there are plenty of right wingers here who could vote on this question, without bringing back the banned posters.
