Re: Well there you go. You've masking your anti-Semitism behind a claim of cynicism. However, its that pseudo cynicism.....in this country, we call in ethnic bigotry......that is the hallmark of an anti-Semite.
Likewise, you're masking your Judeofascism behind a claim of no-nonsense objectivity. However, it's that pseudo factualism.....in this country, we call it crypto-Zionism......that is the hallmark of a (closet) Zionist.
Re: I might suggest that your time would be better spent thinking about why you find it necessary to accuse the Israelis of such malevolent plotting.
Oh, that's a no-brainer... First, keep in mind that my historical reference in analyzing the Israel/US/Europe/Palestine crisis is the French-Algerian war of 1954-1962. Therefore, for all of Israel's "malevolent plotting", the bloodshed and misery inflicted upon the Palestinians by the Israeli military PALES in comparison to French atrocities. During their 8-year war against Algerian independence, the French killed about 300,000 natives... thousands were tortured to death, and in the last two years, OAS terrorism hit innocent civilians --in both metropolitan France and Algeria-- as well. Now, does that make me an anti-French racist?
Now, back to Israel's state terrorism. As you know, Israel is a somewhat tiny country --not just geographically speaking but economically and diplomatically speaking as well. What does that mean? Several things. Unlike the US, China, Japan --or even France, Britain, and other major developed countries-- Israel can't rely on economical sanctions/reprisals to strong-arm its economic partners into compliance. Actually, it works the other way around: Israel is at the mercy of both Europe and the US as far as trade/finance is concerned. Ditto on the diplomatic front: Israel, because of its brutal policy against Palestinians, is almost completely isolated and must rely on the US to further its diplomatic interests.
Unlike French Algeria, however, Israel is yet a sovereign country with a geopolitical agenda of its own --sometimes at odds with the US's. That means that the only way for Israeli hawks to impose their views is... terrorism --state terrorism aimed not only at Israel's direct foes in the Muslim world but also aimed at European "weaklings"....
That said, I must remind you that I'm willing to be proved wrong. I'm in earnest in trying to get my theories fit the facts, not the other way around. That's why I still cling to the theory that Syria (and Iraqi exiles) was the mastermind of the Madrid bombings in March 2004. Syrian intelligence and the so-called Iraqi Resistance Council contracted it out to ETA operatives... And remember, the Madrid bombings took a toll of 195 casualties --much heavier than Mossad's London bombings on 7/7.
Finally, I'll point out that yours is equally a dubious attitude. Indeed, you just rule out any suggestion that Israel, Israeli intelligence, Israeli and pro-Israel American/European agents, could be involved in terrorism. You quietly put all the blame on "ugly Arabs" or Muslim converts. You blindly believe the Orwellian lies churned out by the media-military complex and claim that each and every bomb that blows up in London, Istanbul, Sharm el-Sheik, wherever, is yet another strike by bin Laden and his followers... What's the name for that? Just plain racism? Arabophobia? Islamophobia? Anti-Arab xenophobia? You tell me.
