Likewise, since the federal government isn't enforcing every American's right to pursue Happiness, the poor who slum it in derelict innercities and trailer parks have decided to print their own money. They don't even forge T-bills and T-notes; rather, they call the local Fed Reserve branch if they need some. Some carry counterfeit credit cards, but that's strictly for self-respect, especially when there are silver-spoon moneybags who come swanking around....
