Yes, all OTC stock have the ability to be manipulated, more easily done with the smaller stocks like ACTV and quite impossible with those such as INTC and MSFT. Sounds like maybe you don't give them enough credit?

The MM, doesn't necessarily have to act in collusion, they can act against each other by shifting their prices in relation to competing MMs and forcing other MMs to adjust...if you don't believe this, then read up on SOES Bandits, they live on this type of action.

Anyways, everybody has their theory and this topic has been beaten to death in probably every forum in SI....so let us lasy it to rest and just respect each other's opinion.
