ST. LOUIS, , Sept 10 (Reuter) - TALX Corp on Wednesday said that Microsoft Corp (MSFT) has licensed TALX's
outsourcing product for automating the employment verification process.

Once Microsoft's payroll data is added to TALX's national database of salary records, which is called ``The Work Number
for Everyone,'' verifiers, such as mortgage lenders, will be able to obtain the information they need in order to complete their
loan approval process.

The product will alleviate the burden on Microsoft's human resources personnel in processing salary verification requests from
lenders and others, TALX said.
