OK... let me take the counter-position. What if the new company they mention claims the technology that the Chinese want? The IP might just include something that is crucial to the deal in China. I just left a similar court battle HTDS vs ATKJ and believe me I have little desire to wade through that again. I'm not certain that this IS good news. I am certain that they announced it well after the fact. The case was filed on Aug 09 and the share holders were informed today. I don't like that too much. Also, the suit was filed August 9th and the suspension took effect on the following Friday. I don't like that too much either. rrm
