Smart investors are buying on the lows, getting ready for a strong push up. Some think Sept. 15th is the date to watch. Sept. 15th is the target date some are watching, between now and then. Some think something is going to happen. "...news shall be forth-coming..." - according to an email from the company to one of the shareholders. Once news comes out, this should blast off. In order to take advantage of that, an investor needs to get in before the news. Once news is released, it will move up so fast, everyone trying to get in, will push the price higher and higher, and sellers won't sell out until they believe its reached its highs. Those trying to get when the news is announced will get caught buying higher prices. Depending on the news, if it is the closing of 49% of the Russian deal with $20 million in revenues, then this stock could go as high as $1.00 or more, with all the buying and demand - based on the opinion of some investors.
