Two INVEST storms are now being monitored. One may become a named storm in the near future:

A 1010 MB ATLANTIC OCEAN LOW PRESSURE CENTER WAS NEAR 18N47W
MOVING NORTHWEST ABOUT 10 KT. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THIS FEATURE
MAY BECOME A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS. UPPER
LEVEL WINDS CURRENTLY ARE ONLY MARGINALLY FAVORABLE FOR
DEVELOPMENT. THEY ARE EXPECTED TO BECOME MORE FAVORABLE DURING
THE NEXT DAY OR SO. NUMEROUS STRONG SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS
ARE FOUND FROM 19N TO 21N BETWEEN 45W AND 48W. OVERCAST MULTI-
LAYERED CLOUDS AND OTHER POSSIBLE PRECIPITATION ARE EVEN NORTH
OF THE STRONG SHOWERS/THUNDERSTORMS...REACHING 27N BETWEEN 42W
AND 49W.
