Al, There are lots of people from the right punditry who have chided protesters for aiding and abetting the enemy. The entire horde of radio right wing a_ _holes have been dedicating hours of "programming" on the topic.

Criticizing protesters and denying them the right to protest are two very different things. I'm sure you can find some who want to ban protests based on the old "aiding and abetting" argument, but they should be given just as much attention as Prof. "Million Mogadishus" from Columbia, or the Colorado professor who called those who died in the Twin Towers "little Adolf Eichmanns."
