I just watched 100,000 Iraqis on the TV news shouting "Bush must leave, America must leave". The Shia and the Kurds would rather we just go so they could form their own autonomous regions and develop and sell their oil. They aren't worried about al Quiada. As soon as we leave, they'll put in place whatever brutal measures are needed to get rid of al Quiada in their areas. The Sunni area is the only place where Al Quiada might prosper.
