Back in the winter of '99 this was widely considered to be junk/garbage. finance.yahoo.com Just a hopeful oil company with lots of leases in some part of the USSR, now everybody loves it, particularly the Chinese, who made an offer to purchase it. I made mention yesterday of CNR, this company could easily become another PKZ. If their Manavii prospect tests out as anticipated, then they will have bagged themselves the illusive Elephant. Not a penny though closed yesterday at 1.62. And like so many, was considered junk/garbage at .40. Another play in the same area is EFCR, a this point in time negotiating leases and partnerships. No bits turning to the right as yet. Buyable in the .10-.15 range. Could be all hype and then again... Waiter! Sir. Another bowl of your best garbage!
