"Cindy Sheehan is dishonoring her son's wishes"

I doubt very much that her son wished to die.

I think what you are seeing with Sheehan is a woman who has experienced an extreme profound loss and is in severe pain. Its up to her as to how see works that out. If her conclusion now is that her son died in a pointless war its her prerogative. Its not an indefensible point of view.

As far as her husband’s goes he can believe what he wants to believe - it doesn't somehow make Cindy Sheehan wrong.

You lose a son in the war that is arguably FUBAR and then tell me how good it feels.

I notice, by the way, that Bush's daughters aren't over there doing the deed - they are staying safe stateside - just like daddy taught 'em.
