Ted, Who's doing the best in this jobless recovery? The corporations Actually, I'd argue it's the real-estate flippers. No, not flippers.......the real estate corporations are doing phenomenally well.......companies like Kaufmann and Toll Bros. Flippers do well but not many people have the capital to do something like that and its tough to make a huge profit after expenses and taxes are taken out. I know because I did it for a while. ted
