Solar thermal application ??
Space heating ?? Domestic hot water ?? or Power ??

From the link in the prior post ..

I think they have PV cells immersed in water
with a plastic ( cheap ) fresnel lens on top spaced
in such a manner that the focal point is not directly
aimed at the pv cell surface ( would burn 'em up if it
was ) ... idea is to keep the pv cells operating at
maximum efficiency/output ..
