TJ Is the problem of gasoline shortage in China due to the price caps on gasoline & diesel? My understanding was the oil importers and refiners have to sell gasoline products at a loss and are therefore cutting down on volume. These price caps in many countries are also the reason why the oil price increases have not shown any significant effect on the prices and economy. Anshu
