The decline in the NDX is awfully slow, wedgy and choppy for a C wave don't you think? C's are supposed to be impulsive. Unless I see a long red bar falling down and out of the declining NDX chop, I think its only a matter of time before it reverses hard. We've been talking a bit about IBM and that chart is a good piece of fodder for the bulls, a gently sloping low volume correction off the recent top. BRCM is another like that.
